for students aged 12 to 17, consisting of 3 weeks of virtual learning followed by 1 week of offline sessions each month.
Program Details
The 10xTC 12-month hybrid accelerator program combines the best of both worlds—immersive in-person sessions and interactive online learning—to provide a flexible and impactful learning experience. Designed for students passionate about technology and innovation, this program blends structured live training with self-paced learning, ensuring accessibility and engagement regardless of location.
Each week, students join their cohort of ~5 to 6 peers for focused 3-hour in-person or live virtual sessions led by dedicated full-time faculty who provide hands-on training, coaching, and mentorship. The hybrid model allows students to experience personalized learning while maintaining the flexibility to explore and apply their skills at their own pace.
Throughout the program, students gain exclusive access to industry guest speakers, specialized workshops, and dynamic jamming sessions. We also organize virtual and in-person open houses, networking meetups, and community gatherings, fostering a vibrant ecosystem of young innovators.

• Outcome-Focused Curriculum
Our curriculum follows a blended learning approach, combining structured guidance with independent exploration. Through a mix of synchronous (live) and asynchronous (self-paced) sessions, students develop confidence, curiosity, creativity, and public speaking skills, gaining a deep understanding of how the world operates and how they can make an impact.

We provide students with state-of-the-art tools, accessible both in-person and online, to ignite their passion for innovation. Our hybrid curriculum covers Robotics, 3D Printing, IoT, Electronics, Python, Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Generative AI, Space Tech, AR/VR, Drones, and more. Students engage in virtual labs, interactive coding challenges, and real-world simulations, ensuring a hands-on, future-ready experience.
• Real-World Skill Development
Beyond technical expertise, students develop essential life skills such as teamwork, self-learning, networking, communication, presentation, design thinking, and productivity techniques. The hybrid model allows students to practice these skills both online and offline, adapting to different environments and collaboration styles.
• Hackathons & Virtual Build Challenges
Inspired by Silicon Valley’s hackathons, students engage in on-site and virtual hackathons, solving curated projects under time and resource constraints. These experiences refine creative problem-solving abilities, helping students grasp industry demands, customer needs, and technical requirements.
• Industry Connections & Virtual Internships
Through in-person visits, virtual tours, and remote industry interactions, 10xTC students gain valuable insights into diverse career pathways. Students can shadow professionals, attend live Q&A sessions with experts, and even take part in remote internships, broadening their exposure to global tech ecosystems.
• Mentorship & Coaching
Students receive personalized guidance from faculty and industry mentors through weekly live sessions, expert talks, and 1:1 coaching calls. Whether in-person or online, they learn to set goals, stay accountable, and accelerate their learning journey.
• Growth Mindset & Mental Models
We cultivate essential growth principles and success frameworks such as Ikigai, the 80/20 rule, and “thinking like a rocket scientist.” These models help students embrace challenges, adapt to new technologies, and thrive in a rapidly evolving digital landscape—all within a structured hybrid learning approach.

Building meaningful connections remains central to the 10xTC hybrid experience. Students engage in team projects, virtual discussion forums, and live peer-to-peer brainstorming sessions. At 10xTC Hybrid, students get the best of both online and offline worlds—structured guidance, real-world exposure, and a strong community. By the end of the program, students experience exponential personal and professional growth, develop a lifelong love for learning, and gain the confidence to create meaningful change in the world.
This program is designed for students between the ages of 12-17 (6th - 11th grade) and is suitable for students in traditional schooling, homeschooling, and alternate schooling as well.
You don't need previous knowledge about emerging technology and coding; however, having this knowledge can be helpful during the program.
To participate, you will need the following:
A Windows laptop with a webcam
A good set of headphones to concentrate during class
Internet speed of at least 40 Mbps
Additionally, being comfortable with basic internet browsing and familiar with creating documents and presentations using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace will also be helpful (but not essential).

Our Learning Space is welcoming with collaborative classroom, well equipped lab, large digital screen, high speed internet connection and fully airconditioned.

Program Dates
The next Hybrid Cohort will run from August 2025 to August 2026.
Cohort Timing
Online Sessions: 3 times per month on Sundays from 10:30 AM - 1:00 PM
Repeat Online Sessions: Every Monday from 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Offline Sessions: Once per month on Sundays from 9:30 PM - 1:30 PM
Students will be required to attend the first session in-person (offline) for orientation.
Fee Structure:
* INR 12,000 per month.
* Total Program Fees: INR 1.44 lac.
Program Duration:
12 months, from July / August 2026.

Note: Your grades don't define your potential. We focus on the skills and qualities that truly matter in the real world - things traditional education often overlooks.
We'll also be inviting your family to a welcome session, giving them the chance to learn more about the program and ask any questions they may have.Additionally, students will be provided with an orientation on how to start classes, what to do in case of disconnections, and guidance on all necessary software installations. A student kit for the course will also be provided to ensure a smooth learning experience.

Frequently Asked Questions
Outside of sessions, students engage in a variety of projects. While there are no strict time requirements, students who achieve the most growth during 10xTC programs usually dedicate 5–6 hours per week to their learning and projects.
There’s no mandatory homework in the 10xTC program. The program mirrors real-world experiences and provides a platform for students to explore emerging technologies and sciences, connect with mentors, and dive into topics that truly interest them.
We also host engaging events like guest speaker sessions and workshops on skills such as public speaking, presentation techniques, financial literacy, mental health, time management, and more. These events generally last 1–3 hours.
The program is designed with flexibility in mind. You can progress at your own pace, but attending the weekly sessions is essential for staying on track and making the most of your experience.
During the program, you'll gain the knowledge and skills needed to create projects across diverse fields. With guidance and coaching throughout, you'll feel supported and motivated, especially when tackling larger projects.
We offer online course materials, lab access, mentorship, and resources to equip you with everything you need to achieve your goals.
